- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery – we offer 100% refund or replacement.
- All sales are final, but if you have questions or concerns please contact us.
- To be eligible for a refund, goods must be evaluated through pictures and accompanied by proof of purchase. PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PHOTOGRAPH YOUR SEEDS, you will be asked to show the packet for proof.
- To use our satisfaction guarantee, please fill out this Google form. YOU MUST SUBMIT PHOTOS OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE SEEDS. We do not reimburse freebie seeds. Insurance buyers are entitled to full value gift card compensation with valid claims.
- For individual defective seeds (ie. hermaphrodite, thick shell, etc.) in-store credit will be sent up to the price per seed affected.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after. Alternatively, some returns will be given store credit if the buyer did not purchase insurance.
- We will not refund or resend packages that are marked as “delivered.” Our responsibility is to give the seeds to USPS/FedEx/DHL. Please contact your local postmaster and post office, we will not contact your local post office.
- We will be fair, but we reserve the right to determine the refund price.
- We ship domestically in the United States or Canada
- Domestic orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors such as COVID-19.
- We ask that you give at least 14 business days for your package to arrive at you before reaching out for a replacement.
- Orders over $50 will have free shipping (domestic only).
- Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.
If the USPS tracking website indicates that the package was delivered, we have to assume it was. We will not replace packages that say they were delivered.
We do not ship to the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, and India.
